These Kel-Tec P-32 pistols will be manufactured into frames by a licensed manufacturer prior to sale. Complete uppers available-total cost is 350 out the door.  Once you purchase a frame, handguns are privately registered once properly assembled by the consumer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a state registration form within six days of assembly. .32 acp and soooooo small.
