Why 1k? 
Matching Chinese SKS with a "French Tickler" upper hand guard, made for one year. These fetch 150-200 bucks. This rifle  has a factory fixed star mag. These alone are 200-250. 
A very nice Chinese pre-ban here with an intact bayonet.
