Winchester 190

This tube-fed .22 eats .22short, long or long rifle. 
I own 3 of these rifles personally. The tube holds 15 rounds of LR  (18 with shorts). My dad taught me to shoot on one just like this one. 
I am biased by personal experience but would argue that these are the best plinkers out there. 
The rifle has a weaver rail and most (haven't shot this one) are tack-drivers.
